Every Version.
Every note.
Out of the group chat.

One place for a song from voice memo to master. The band hands over the raw files, the producer uploads each mix, everyone pins Feedback to the second they mean, and the Owner ticks it off. No email chains, no WhatsApp, no Final_v3_REAL.wav.

Keep the idea before it gets buried.

Record it on your phone and drop it in. It’s v1 of the Song, and every mix after it stacks on top, so nobody has to scroll back through the chat for the one from March.

Hand the producer everything.

Stems, DIs, the lyric sheet, a tempo map: any file, kept on the Song it belongs to. It downloads under its own name, and it doesn’t expire next Tuesday like a transfer link.

Say it while it's playing.

Press N, type, keep listening. The note is pinned to that second of that Version, or across a range, so “the bit after the second chorus” arrives as 1:42 to 1:58. Nobody emails timestamps.

Hear what changed, not what got louder.

Upload the fix as the next Version. Flip between any two at the same moment, matched for loudness, and see which notes were ticked off since the last one and which are still open.

Everyone knows which one's the one.

When the Owner Approves a Version, the whole band sees it. Final_v3_REAL.wav is retired: the finished one says so, and every Version before it keeps its Feedback.

Producers: run the whole client round in one place.

For a five-piece, that's £1 each.

The Band Plan is £5 a month for up to 5 Projects, and only the person who starts a Project pays. Everyone they invite joins free. If they leave the band or stop paying, they hand the Project to another Member and nothing is lost.
